Manufacturing capability

Xyntra Chemicals has manufacturing capability in Europe, as well as strategic production partnerships in the USA, South Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Manufacturing capability includes water based (emulsion and solution) polymers and solvent borne products. The diversity of reactor types also includes pressure rated reactors. The flexibility of the reactor sizes ranges from lab, pilot to full scale production. All reactors are constructed to high specification and we are stringent in our health and safety protocols.

Xyntra has a diverse product and technology portfolio, from emulsion polymers, solution polymers, polyesters, alkyds, functional monomers, surfactants and additives. Typical monomers used by Xyntra for emulsion polymers includes acrylates and methacrylates, acrylic and methacrylic acid, styrene, vinyl acetate, VeoVa10, butadiene,  dibutyl maleate and many other functional monomers.
